Hello NYKRT, I guess this is most probably one of the last, or in fact the last post for this blog. (I hope you guys still pop by to see this) Its been about a month since our last race. I guess i should not leave the blog hanging around like that. On behalf of the team, I would like to thank all of our seniors from ALL the different batches for your guidance, support and encouragement. We have come a long way and we would not be who we are today without you guys. The sad thing is, we were unable to clinch any medals from the national schools championships to end KRT's legacy in nanyang with a bang....

I guess all of us would miss the fun times we had during trainings especially rowing. All the running, gymming and capsizing.. We probably wont be able to row together again anytime soon. So in the mean time, do study hard and do well for your Alvls. But don't forget to take care of your health as well.

So many memories..
Anyway, are you guys getting any whiter and flabbier? Haha see you guys around in school!

Hey guys, I know its quite long since this blog is being updated. Hope you guys are still checking this blog every now and then. I would just like to tell you guys to continue working hard. Our very first competiton is coming up soon and it will be followed shortly by our last race. So do train hard and stay healthy. If possible, DO CUT DOWN on junk food, fried food and fizzy drinks alright. Everything is going to be over before we know it, so endure and cherish the remaining trainings that we have.

Anyway, i have sent you guys the rules and regulations of the adivs via email already. Do take a look at it.

Jiayou team. Even if the odds are against us, press on!

HELLOOOO
i haven been updating for a long long time:(
just felt that i needed to reiterate what was said during debrief.

1: CHERISH
Had junkai not told us about how each sch is
having individual time trials to choose their team,
i wouldn't have known about it.
Well, it can be seen as a privilege that we are small enough such
that everyone has a chance to participate in the A div events.
so right, i hope that we'll bear this in mind and cherish this chance.
plus, the teachers are doing their bit to let us have the chance to compete.
we need to prove that we are worth it(:
Its gonna be tough but " when the going gets tough, the tough gets going"

2: AGGRESSION
Well, i believe this is a bit abstract for us
cos we seem to not get the aggression thing the seniors wants.
but, like what junkai said,
we need to transfer the aggression we had when we were sprinting,
into our water time(:
and show our desire to prove ourselves(:

3: TRAIN HARD/ T-E-A-M
As you all know, we don't have much water trainings left.
I hope that in the next few trainings as we work on our balancing on the stingrays,
do remember all the tips the seniors has gave us on how to improve our strokes.
For the K2s, i want you all to set a goal for yourselves next training.
For example, to limit the number of times you cap.
communicate with each other to how you are gonna improve in the next training(:
For Chew pheng and Jia rong,
don't give up!!!
even though you 2 don't have someone behind to back you up,
do try to encourage each other as you pass each other.
Share some tips about rowing with each other.
it'll help to keep the morale up(:

We are TEAM(:
we need to support each other and help each other achieve MORE(:
JIA YOU JIA YOU!!!
LOVES!!!
